About the show
Patterns are found in every aspect of our lives. Perhaps it is the way the leaves fall, or the checkerboard of a picnic blanket, or the way we do the same things at the same times like clockwork.
Repetition is the core of patterns, and also the way you get better at something. Repeat a task enough and you will get really good at it.
The most important patterns in this exhibit are hidden below the surface. They connect each piece like an invisible thread. The closer you look, the more patterns you will see. Then take a step back and see those big picture patterns. The art here in this exhibit is a mirror. What patterns guide and shape your life? What patterns brought you here, right now?
